We are committed to providing you with better health outcomes and value and welcome any feedback in regards to our services.

As part of our Accreditation we conduct patient surveys annually to ensure that the RACGP Standards for General Practice – Patient Feedback Indicators are met.

Our practice encourages you to complete our patient feedback forms available in the waiting room near our “Patient Feedback Box”

Your feedback will be reviewed by the Practice Manager and any issues or problems will be discussed with the Doctors at our meetings.

The Practice Manager will respond to you within the month.

For more serious concerns or complaints, it is essential that the Practice Manager receives a written record of your feedback.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome, then you may contact the Health Services Commissioner for further action.

It is with great sadness that we farewell Dr Ron Smith after 50 years.He will be greatly missed by all his patients and the staff at BMG. We wish him all the best in his retirement.
